Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship worldwide to most destinations. All orders are priced and charged in USD. If we can't ship to your address you'll see this before payment and won't be charged.

Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. Room-complete bundles may take an extra day to consolidate. You'll get a confirmation email when your order ships.

• Domestic: typically 3–6 business days after dispatch.
• International standard: typically 7–15 business days after dispatch.
• Express: where available and included for Stylist Club members, typically 2–5 business days.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order size, and shown in USD before you pay. Free standard shipping applies over a threshold; members enjoy a lower threshold, and Stylist Club includes free express shipping.

Once dispatched you'll receive a tracking link by email. Larger bundles may ship in more than one parcel and arrive separately.

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country, payable by you on delivery. These are not included in the USD price shown at checkout.

We deliver through established parcel carriers and fulfilment partners. To deliver your order we share your name, address and contact details with the carrier solely to complete delivery, as described in our Privacy Policy.

If your parcel is delayed, arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact support@hslbuiser.shop with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it and, where appropriate, replace or refund the order per our Refund & Return Policy.

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address; contact us quickly if you spot a mistake and we'll try to help before dispatch.
