Refund & Return Policy
We want your finished room to feel right. If a set isn't working, here's how returns, refunds and exchanges work.

Return window
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery (extended for members). Items must be unused, in resalable condition and in their original packaging with any tags attached.
How to start a return
Email support@hslbuiser.shop with your order number and the items you want to return. We'll send return instructions and, where applicable, a return label. Please do not send items back before you receive instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the price of the returned items to your original payment method in USD, usually within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund. Refund status changes are tracked automatically via our payment processor.
Exchanges
Want a different set or colour? Start a return for the original item and place a new order, or ask our team to arrange a direct exchange where stock allows.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns you cover return shipping. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we cover return shipping and replace or refund it in full, including original delivery.
Faulty or damaged items
Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged in transit or faulty, contact us within 14 days with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Items we can't accept
- Items that have been used, washed or assembled beyond inspection.
- Bedding, cushion covers and textiles returned without original packaging for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
- Vacuum compression bags that have been opened and used, unless faulty.
- Final-sale or clearance items marked non-returnable at purchase.
Bundles and sets
Room-complete bundles and multi-item sets are returned as a whole. If one component is faulty we can replace that component without needing the full bundle back.
Membership cancellations
You can cancel a Home Club or Stylist Club membership at any time in the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period is not pro-rated or refunded, and membership benefits remain available until it ends. Unused styling-consultation allowances do not roll over or convert to a refund.
