Who owns what on Hearthfold, and how your uploaded room photos are treated.

Our content
All text, imagery, product photography, original prints, the Hearthfold name and mark, and the Room Finisher belong to HSL BUILDING SERVICES LIMITED or its licensors. You may not copy, resell or reuse them commercially without written permission.
No third-party IP
Our products and imagery contain only plain colours or our own original prints. They do not use licensed characters, sports teams, celebrities, luxury monograms, registered trademarks or brand-inspired lookalikes, and you may not request custom versions that do.
Room photos you upload
You keep ownership of any room photo you upload to the Room Finisher. You grant us a limited, revocable licence to process that image solely to generate your styling suggestion and colour direction. We do not publish it, sell it or use it for marketing, and we delete it once the plan is delivered or on request.
Feedback
If you send suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use them to improve the store without obligation to you.
